Ceremony: Mead Botanical Garden, Winter Park, FL
Reception: Bites and Bubbles Mills50
Flowers: Dahlia’s Flower Truck
This was a wedding that gave me all of the heart flutters! Small, intimate wedding ceremonies have truly made a special place in my heart recently and I enjoy each and every one that I am invited to be a part of. The original plan was to meet at the Wedding Tree in Loch Haven Park near the Orlando Science Museum but unfortunately plans changed when we found out that a HUGE festival was happening in the same park, expecting nearly 6,000 people! The change was a happy one though because our new location was absolutely perfect and Mead Garden was very accommodating. Jody and Michael didn’t have anything to set up (not that they needed to, the gardens are perfect) so all we had to do was choose the perfect spot for their ceremony. Jody’s son was ordained for the special occasion and officiated their wedding ceremony. Jody and Michael are two souls who were clearly meant to end up together. Their wedding ceremony in Mead Botanical Garden was perfect, with a gorgeous background of blooming azaleas, and surrounded by their loved ones. Even though Jody and Michael grew up and lived in the same areas, it wasn’t until later in life that they met each other and hit it off. The rest is history and I absolutely loved capturing their love on the day they tied the knot!
They held their reception at a fabulous, local French-American spot. Bites and Bubbles is located in the Mills50 area and is a cute hole in the wall gem. The food looked absolutely amazing and don’t get me started on the wine selection. I know where I will be taking the Mr. next time we go out on a date!

When I'm not behind the camera, I love spending time with my dog hiking the beautiful Florida trails, out on my paddle board in our local springs, or spending quality time with my husband exploring local events. When it's been too long since my last beach day, I have cravings for that perfect mix of saltwater and ocean air.
