S+B’s downtown Tampa elopement was the perfect celebration! When they first reached out to me they explained that the beach isn’t really their thing but they still wanted a Florida elopement with funky vibes and unique views. We chose to have their ceremony on a garage rooftop which gave amazing views of the buildings downtown. I absolutely loved S’s short white dress, Doc Martens, and long cathedral veil giving modern punk.
After S+B exchanged their vows we took some time to really soak in the views from the roof. There was a gorgeous sunset going down over the Tampa Bay and we had the best view in town! Obviously we couldn’t pass up taking fun photos on the roof of the newly married couple. After a while we headed to the historic Tampa courthouse (Le Meridien) for more photos that really showed off S’s long veil. This is a classic spot for photos! It’s practically a necessity for a Tampa elopement.
Once we started getting hungry we headed to Eddie and Sam’s NY Pizza for a giant slice of pizza which S+B shared on the Tampa Riverwalk. Instead of cake S+B took turns feeding each other a “first bite” of pizza. I am in LOVE with how cute they are! We were photobombed by a water taxi BUT the lights on the taxi gave off the perfect holiday background so we embraced it.
The night ended with dancing as the city lights started glowing and lighting sparklers together for their own private “send off”. I am so grateful that I got to be a small part of S+B’s love story. I know the photos we created together will bring them back again and again!

When I'm not behind the camera, I love spending time with my dog hiking the beautiful Florida trails, out on my paddle board in our local springs, or spending quality time with my husband exploring local events. When it's been too long since my last beach day, I have cravings for that perfect mix of saltwater and ocean air.
