Stephanie & Geo’s Orange County, FL, elopement at Kelly Park was the definition of carefree, fun, and so uniquely them. If you’ve ever wondered what a full-day elopement looks like without spending the entire day hiking through the wilderness—this is it! These two crafted a day that was relaxed, playful, and filled with their favorite things, including Publix subs and a plant shopping trip!
Stephanie and Geo first fell in love with this location after seeing photos from other elopements I’ve shot here. And honestly, I totally get it. Kelly Park is a little hidden gem outside Orlando in Apopka, FL. The crystal-clear springs, lush green foliage, and peaceful atmosphere make it one of my absolute favorite spots in Central Florida for an elopement.
One of the best things about this park? Once you say your vows, you can go swimming, tubing, or kayaking to celebrate. It’s the ultimate Florida adventure elopement spot that doesn’t require a major trek to get to.
Pro tip: If you’re thinking about eloping at Kelly Park, aim for fall through early spring! The park gets crazy busy in the summer! So much so that cars start lining up outside as early as 6 AM just to get in.

Stephanie & Geo chose my full-day, 8-hour package because they wanted a relaxed day without feeling rushed. The beauty of a full-day elopement is that you have total flexibility to create a day that feels exactly how you want it. This way, you definitely don’t need to worry about strict timelines or squeezing everything into a few short hours!
We started the day at their hotel, where S&G got ready separately in adjoining rooms so they could have a first look. But here’s where it got fun! Since we planned their first look at Kelly Park, we had to figure out how to get Geo there without seeing Stephanie. So, our solution was for Stephanie to drive them to the park while Geo sat blindfolded in the passenger seat. The park workers got a kick out of it and were cracking up as they checked them in!
Kelly Park’s natural beauty made for the most stunning and peaceful ceremony setting. With the crystal-clear waters flowing nearby and the lush Florida greenery all around them, Stephanie & Geo exchanged heartfelt vows in a simple yet deeply personal moment. It was exactly the kind of easygoing, meaningful ceremony they wanted. After the ceremony, they dipped their toes in the water and shared some cake from the legendary Gideon’s Bakehouse! It is a local bakery that’s semi-famous right now, and if haven’t had one of their giant, ridiculously delicious cookies or cakes, do yourself a favor and go now.
One of my favorite parts about elopements is how each couple makes theirs super unique and personal. The day doesn’t end after the ceremony, but instead, I get to tag along and be a part of their favorite activities and celebration!
Since S&G are big soccer fans, we headed to a nearby public soccer field for a quick game of “keep away.” They laughed, played, and just enjoyed being together. Then they had a picnic lunch featuring Publix Subs. If you know, you know.
After lunch, we made a pit stop at Propagate Social House, a super cute local coffee shop. They grabbed coffee, snacked, and played board games together before picking out a plant to commemorate their elopement day. (Stephanie is a plant girlie like me, so I loved this idea!)
“We had the most magical day thanks to Jessica! When a hurricane was passing through she rescheduled without hesitation. She put us at ease every step of our elopement and we could not have pictured a better day. As an uptight type A person its unreal that I was so relaxed on my wedding day. We were able to completely customize every detail and unique request and truly were able to have our perfect day. And to top it off our pictures were absolutely amazing!!”
Your elopement should feel like you, and that’s exactly what I help create. You get to have a day that’s exactly what you want it to be. Whether that means tubing in the springs, eating your favorite sandwiches, or buying a plant to commemorate the day, it’s all about what makes you happy.
So if you’re ready to ditch the stress and plan an epic, laid-back elopement, let’s freaking do this! Send me a message, and let’s start planning!

When I'm not behind the camera, I love spending time with my dog hiking the beautiful Florida trails, out on my paddle board in our local springs, or spending quality time with my husband exploring local events. When it's been too long since my last beach day, I have cravings for that perfect mix of saltwater and ocean air.
